MEASUREMENT

Use one heaping tablespoon of fresh coffee grounds per 6oz cup of water. Increase or decrease
amount to taste.

WATER

Use only clean, cold filtered tap water, or quality bottled spring water.  Do not use mineral water,
distilled water, or tap water with an odor.

STORAGE

Air is a coffee bean's worst enemy. Always store your premium coffee in an airtight container such
as Tupperware, away from heat, moisture and light. Do not store coffee in refrigerator or freezer.
Both will change the nature of the coffee bean dramatically.

GRIND

For best results, only grind what you will be using immediately. The fresher the grind, the more
flavorful and aromatic the brew!

Select a grind suitable to your use:

Whole bean (recommended) - When ordering select whole bean if you plan to grind your
coffee. The best coffee taste comes from freshly ground beans.

Coarse - A coarse ground coffee is primarily used for a French press.

Medium - A medium ground coffee is what is required by typical drip pot brewers.

Fine - Espresso requires a fine grind in order for the extraction to be perfect.

Play with your grind until you find the size that best matches your style of brewing.

AFTER ITS BREWED

Remember, glass carafes and other containers should not be left on the burner for more than 10
minutes. An airtight thermos-type container is the preferred hot storage container and will keep hot
coffee fresh considerably longer.
